Stat. tit. 6, § 6-1615","heading":"Rules - Exemption from economic impact statement","body":"requirements.\n\nRules; exemption from economic impact statement requirements.\n\nIn addition to any other rulemaking authority it has under the\n\nOklahoma Banking Code, the Board is authorized to promulgate\n\nreasonable rules which it deems advisable for the administration of\n\ninternational banking corporations under the International Bank Act\n\nin the interest of protecting depositors, creditors, borrowers, or\n\nthe public interest and in the interest of maintaining a sound\n\nbanking system in this state.
