A state trust institution may act as a fiduciary or\n\notherwise engage in a trust business in this or any other state or\n\nforeign country, subject to complying with applicable laws of such\n\nstate or foreign country, at an office established and maintained\n\npursuant to this act, at a branch or at any location other than an\n\noffice or branch.\n\nB. A state trust institution may also conduct any activities at\n\nany office outside this state that are permissible for a trust\n\ninstitution chartered by the host state where the office is located,\n\nexcept to the extent such activities are expressly prohibited by the\n\nlaws of this state or by any regulation or order of the Commissioner\n\napplicable to the state trust institution.
