Each state trust company shall have and continuously\n\nmaintain a principal office in this state.\n\nB. Each executive officer at the principal office shall be an\n\nagent of the state trust company for service of process.\n\nC. A state trust company may change its principal office to any\n\nlocation within this state by filing a written notice with the\n\nCommissioner setting forth the name of the state trust company, the\n\nstreet address of its principal office before the change, the street\n\naddress to which the principal office is to be changed, and a copy\n\nof the resolution adopted by the board authorizing the change.\n\nD. The change of principal office shall take effect on the\n\nthirty-first day after the date the Commissioner receives the notice\n\npursuant to subsection C of this section.
