Stat. tit. 6, § 6-1718","heading":"Notice of intent to establish or acquire trust office by","body":"out-of-state trust institution.\n\nAn out-of-state trust institution desiring to establish and\n\nmaintain a new trust office or acquire and maintain a trust office\n\nin this state pursuant to Sections 1715 through 1720 of this title\n\nshall provide, or cause its home state regulator to provide, written\n\nnotice of the proposed transaction to the Commissioner on or after\n\nthe date on which the out-of-state trust institution applies to the\n\nhome state regulator for approval to establish and maintain or\n\nacquire the trust office.
