Stat. tit. 6, § 6-1725","heading":"Notice of change of control, substantial transfer of trust","body":"assets or closure.\n\nEach out-of-state trust institution that maintains an office in\n\nthis state pursuant to Sections 10 through 25 of this act, or the\n\nhome state regulator of such trust institution, shall give at least\n\nthirty days' prior written notice or, in the case of an emergency\n\ntransaction, such shorter notice as is consistent with applicable\n\nstate or federal law, to the Commissioner of:\n\n1. Any merger, consolidation, or other transaction that would\n\ncause a change of control with respect to such out-of-state trust\n\ninstitution or any bank holding company that controls such trust\n\ninstitution, with the result that an application would be required\n\nto be filed pursuant to the federal Change in Bank Control Act of\n\n1978, as amended, 12 U.S.C., Section 1817(j), or the federal Bank\n\nHolding Company Act of 1956, as amended, 12 U.S.C., Section 1841 et\n\nseq., or any successor statutes thereto;\n\n2. Any transfer of all or substantially all of the trust\n\naccounts or trust assets of the out-of-state trust institution to\n\nanother person; or\n\n3.
