Any person acting as a trustee or in any other fiduciary\n\ncapacity pursuant to Section 31 of this act may hire and compensate,\n\nas a delegate, an affiliate of such person if:\n\n1. Authorized by a trust or fiduciary instrument;\n\n2. Authorized by court order;\n\n3. Authorized in writing by each affected client; or\n\n4. The standards set forth in Section 31 of this act are\n\nsatisfied.\n\nB.
