Stat. tit. 6, § 6-2001.3","heading":"Meetings of Board - Quorum","body":"The State Credit Union Board may meet as often as necessary to\n\ncarry out its duties, but it shall not fail to meet at least once in\n\nany calendar year. The Bank Commissioner may call additional\n\nmeetings of the State Credit Union Board upon at least twenty-four\n\n(24) hours' notice and shall do so upon request of two members.
