Stat. tit. 6, § 6-2009","heading":"Fiscal year - Meetings - Voting","body":"The fiscal year of all credit unions shall end December thirty-\n\nfirst (31st). The annual meeting of each credit union shall be held\n\nat such time and at such place as its bylaws shall prescribe.\n\nSpecial meetings may be held in the manner indicated in the bylaws.\n\nNo member shall be entitled to vote by proxy but a member other than\n\na natural person may vote through an agent designated for that\n\npurpose.
