The annual compensation, payable monthly, of the\n\nCommissioner, shall be fixed by the Banking Board. Unless otherwise\n\ndisapproved by the Legislature, and notwithstanding any other\n\nprescription of salary limits including the ranges set forth in\n\nSection 3601.2 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the Banking\n\nBoard may fix the salary of the Commissioner in an amount not in\n\nexcess of the maximum salary proposed for the Banking Department and\n\nset forth in the most recent Annual Compensation Report prepared by\n\nor for the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.\n\nB.
