Stat. tit. 6, § 6-2019.1","heading":"Maintenance of books, records, accounting systems and","body":"procedures - Destruction of records - Records as evidence.\n\n(A) A credit union shall maintain all books, records,\n\naccounting systems, and procedures in accordance with such\n\nregulations as the State Credit Union Board from time to time\n\nprescribes.
