Stat. tit. 6, § 6-210","heading":"Removal of officer, director or employee of bank or trust","body":"company by Commissioner.\n\nAny officer, director or employee of a bank or trust company\n\nfound by the Commissioner to be dishonest, reckless, unfit to\n\nparticipate in the conduct of the affairs of the institution, or to\n\nhave engaged or participated in any unsafe or unsound practice in\n\nconnection with a bank or trust company, or to be practicing a\n\ncontinuing disregard or violation of laws, rules, regulations or\n\norders which are likely to cause substantial loss to the institution\n\nor likely to seriously weaken the condition of the institution shall\n\nbe removed immediately from office by the board of directors of the\n\nbank or trust company of which he is an officer, director or\n\nemployee, on the written order of the Commissioner; provided, that\n\nsaid bank or trust company or officer, employee or director may\n\nwithin ten (10) days file a notice of protest for said removal with\n\nthe Secretary of the Board and as soon as possible thereafter the\n\nBoard will review the order of said Commissioner and make such\n\nfindings as it deems proper, and that, pending said time, the said\n\nofficer, employee or director shall not perform any of the duties of\n\nhis office.","path":["OK Code","Title 6"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os6.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"4c13cd207783ee54519cc6a6f258214d9e83804617f185ea4b93af02af687207","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-6-6-209","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-6-6-2101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
