Stat. tit. 6, § 6-2116","heading":"Revocation of license - Hearing - Grounds","body":"(a) The Commissioner may, upon ten (10) days' notice to the\n\nlicensee, stating the contemplated action and in general the grounds\n\ntherefor, hold a hearing at which the licensee shall have a\n\nreasonable opportunity to be heard, for the purpose of determining\n\nwhether a license should be revoked, for failure of the licensee to\n\ncomply with the provisions of this act and the regulations\n\nhereunder. After such hearing the Commissioner may revoke any\n\nlicense issued hereunder if he finds that:\n\n1. The licensee has failed to pay the annual license fee or to\n\nmaintain the bond or the deposit or securities required by this act;\n\nor\n\n2. The licensee has failed to comply with any order, decision\n\nor finding of the Commissioner made pursuant to this act; or\n\n3. The licensee has violated any provision of this act; or\n\n4. Any fact or condition exists which, if it had existed at the\n\ntime of the original application for a license, would have warranted\n\nthe Commissioner in refusing its issuance.\n\n(b) A licensee may surrender any license by delivering to the\n\nCommissioner written notice that he surrenders such license, but\n\nsuch surrender shall not affect such licensee's civil or criminal\n\nliability on any bond, or entitle such licensee to a return of any\n\npart of any license fee.","path":["OK Code","Title 6"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os6.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"4d153b24cb8932b557c0d79ffb261e338975ee692469b5bd0139196d44702b04","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-6-6-2115","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-6-6-2117"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
