Stat. tit. 6, § 6-301","heading":"Certificate of authority","body":"From and after the passage of the Oklahoma Banking Code no\n\ncertificate of authority to engage in the banking or trust company\n\nbusiness in this state shall be issued, and no bank or trust company\n\nor person shall be permitted to engage in such business within\n\nOklahoma except on certificate issued by the Commissioner upon\n\napproval of the Board of an application for authority to organize a\n\nstate bank or trust company.
