Any bank subsidiary of a bank holding company may receive\n\ndeposits, renew time deposits, close loans, service loans, and\n\nreceive payments on loans and other obligations as an agent for any\n\nother bank owned or controlled by the same bank holding company.\n\nB. Despite any other provision of law, a bank acting as an\n\nagent in accordance with subsection A of this section for an\n\naffiliate shall not be considered a branch of the affiliate.\n\nC.
