Unless otherwise provided in the account agreement, a\n\nspecial deposit terminates five (5) years after the date the special\n\ndeposit was first funded.\n\nB. Unless otherwise provided in the account agreement, if the\n\nbank cannot identify or locate a beneficiary entitled to payment\n\nwhen the special deposit is terminated, and a balance remains in the\n\nspecial deposit, the bank shall pay the balance to the depositor or\n\ndepositors as a beneficiary or beneficiaries.\n\nC.
