This act shall apply to a special deposit under an account\n\nagreement that states the intention of the parties to establish a\n\nspecial deposit governed by this act, regardless of whether a party\n\nto the account agreement or a transaction related to the special\n\ndeposit, or the special deposit itself, has a reasonable relation to\n\nthis state.\n\nB. The parties to an account agreement may choose a forum in\n\nthis state for settling a dispute arising out of the special\n\ndeposit, regardless of whether a party to the account agreement or a\n\ntransaction related to the special deposit, or the special deposit\n\nitself, has a reasonable relation to this state.\n\nC. This shall not affect:\n\n1. A right or obligation relating to a deposit other than a\n\nspecial deposit under this act; or\n\n2.
