A special deposit shall serve at least one permissible\n\npurpose stated in the account agreement from the time the special\n\ndeposit is created in the account agreement until termination of the\n\nspecial deposit.\n\nB. If, before termination of a special deposit, the bank or a\n\ncourt determined the special deposit no longer satisfies subsection\n\nA of this section, Sections 8 through 11 of this act cease to apply\n\nto any funds deposited in the special deposit after the special\n\ndeposit ceases to satisfy subsection A of this section.\n\nC.
