The systems of plane coordinates which have been established\n\nby the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration/National\n\nGeodetic Survey, formerly the National Ocean Service/National\n\nGeodetic Survey, formerly the United States Coast and Geodetic\n\nSurvey, or its successors for defining and stating the geographic\n\npositions or locations of points on the surface of the earth within\n\nthe State of Oklahoma are hereafter to be known and designated as\n\nthe Oklahoma Coordinate System of 1927, the Oklahoma Coordinate\n\nSystem of 1983, and the Oklahoma Plane Coordinate System (OKPCS).\n\nFor the purpose of the use of the Oklahoma Coordinate System of\n\n1927 and the Oklahoma Coordinate System of 1983, the state is\n\ndivided into a North Zone and a South Zone.\n\nB. 1. The area now included in the following counties shall\n\nconstitute the North Zone: Adair, Alfalfa, Beaver, Blaine,\n\nCanadian, Cherokee, Cimarron, Craig, Creek, Custer, Delaware, Dewey,\n\nEllis, Garfield, Grant, Harper, Kay, Kingfisher, Lincoln, Logan,\n\nMajor, Mayes, Muskogee, Noble, Nowata, Okfuskee, Oklahoma, Okmulgee,\n\nOsage, Ottawa, Pawnee, Payne, Roger Mills, Rogers, Sequoyah, Texas,\n\nTulsa, Wagoner, Washington, Woods and Woodward.\n\n2. The area now included in the following counties shall\n\nconstitute the South Zone: Atoka, Beckham, Bryan, Caddo, Carter,\n\nChoctaw, Cleveland, Coal, Comanche, Cotton, Garvin, Grady, Greer,\n\nHarmon, Haskell, Hughes, Jackson, Jefferson, Johnston, Kiowa,\n\nLatimer, Leflore, Love, McClain, McCurtain, McIntosh, Marshall,\n\nMurray, Pittsburg, Pontotoc, Pottawatomie, Pushmataha, Seminole,\n\nStephens, Tillman and Washita.\n\n3. For the purpose of the use of the Oklahoma Plane Coordinate\n\nSystem (OKPCS), the most recent system of plane coordinate and zone\n\ndesignation that has been established by the National Geodetic\n\nSurvey (NGS), or a successor, that is based on the North American\n\nTerrestrial Reference Frame of 2022 (NATRF2022), or a successor, and\n\nthe National Spatial Reference System (NSRS), or a successor, and\n\nknown as the State Plane Coordinate System (SPCS), or a successor,\n\nfor defining and stating the geographic positions or location of\n\npoints within the state shall be known as the \"Oklahoma Plane\n\nCoordinate System\" (OKPCS).\n\nC. 1. As established for use in the North Zone, the Oklahoma\n\nCoordinate System of 1927 or the Oklahoma Coordinate System of 1983\n\nshall be named; and in any land description in which it is used, it\n\nshall be designated the \"Oklahoma Coordinate System of 1927 North\n\nZone\" or the \"Oklahoma Coordinate System of 1983 North Zone\".\n\n2. As established for use in the South Zone, the Oklahoma\n\nCoordinate System of 1927 or the Oklahoma Coordinate System of 1983\n\nshall be named; and in any land description in which it is used, it\n\nshall be designated the \"Oklahoma Coordinate System of 1927 South\n\nZone\" or the \"Oklahoma Coordinate System of 1983 South Zone\".\n\n3.
