Subject to Section 8 of this act, the terms of a trust may\n\ngrant a power of direction to a trust director.\n\nB. Unless the terms of a trust provide otherwise:\n\n1. A trust director may exercise any further power appropriate\n\nto the exercise or nonexercise of a power of direction granted to\n\nthe director under subsection A of this section; and\n\n2.
