For the purposes of the Oklahoma Qualified Dispositions into\n\nTrust Act, a qualified person is:\n\n1. An individual who, except for brief intervals, military\n\nservice, attendance at an educational or training institution, or\n\nfor absences for good cause shown, resides in this state, whose true\n\nand permanent home is in this state, who does not have a present\n\nintention of moving from this state, and who has the intention of\n\nreturning to this state when away;\n\n2. A trust company that is organized under state law or under\n\nfederal law and that has its principal place of business in this\n\nstate; or\n\n3. A bank or savings association that possesses and exercises\n\ntrust powers, has its principal place of business in this state, and\n\nthe deposits of which are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance\n\nCorporation.\n\nB.
