Stat. tit. 60, § 60-1307","heading":"Investment trust advisors — Qualifications — Powers","body":"Any person may serve as an investment trust advisor,\n\nnotwithstanding that the person is the transferor of the qualified\n\ndisposition, but a transferor may not otherwise serve as a fiduciary\n\nunder a trust instrument except as stated in paragraph 2 of\n\nsubsection A of Section 21 of this act.
