Stat. tit. 60, § 60-1310","heading":"Qualified disposition — Applicability of act — Limit on","body":"powers and rights of transferor.\n\nA qualified disposition is subject to Sections 29 through 34 of\n\nthis act, notwithstanding a transferor's retention of any or all of\n\nthe powers and rights described in paragraph 2 of subsection A of\n\nSection 21 of this act and the transferor's service as a trust\n\nadvisor pursuant to Section 25 of this act.
