Stat. tit. 60, § 60-1311","heading":"Actions against qualified disposition property not","body":"permitted — Exceptions.\n\nNotwithstanding any other provision of law, except as set forth\n\nin Section 30 of this act, no action of any kind, including an\n\naction to enforce a judgment entered by a court or other body having\n\nadjudicative authority, may be brought at law or in equity for an\n\nattachment or other provisional remedy against property that is the\n\nsubject of a qualified disposition or for avoidance of a qualified\n\ndisposition unless the settlor's transfer of property was made with\n\nthe intent to defraud that specific creditor.
