Stat. tit. 60, § 60-1315","heading":"Actions against trustee or advisor of trust subject to","body":"qualified disposition — Jurisdiction — Attorney fees and costs —\n\nBurden of proof.\n\nNotwithstanding any other provision of law, no action of any\n\nkind, including an action to enforce a judgment entered by a court\n\nor other body having adjudicative authority, may be brought at law\n\nor in equity against the trustee or advisor, described in Section 24\n\nof this act, of a trust that is the subject of a qualified\n\ndisposition, or against any person involved in the counseling,\n\ndrafting, preparation, execution, or funding of a trust that is the\n\nsubject of a qualified disposition, if, as of the date such action\n\nis brought, an action by a creditor with respect to such qualified\n\ndisposition would be barred under Sections 29 through 32 of this\n\nact. A court of this state has exclusive jurisdiction over an\n\naction brought under a claim for relief that is based on a transfer\n\nof property to a trust that is the subject of this section. A court\n\nof this state may award attorney fees and costs to the prevailing\n\nparty in such an action.
