There is hereby created the Task Force on Trust\n\nAdministration Review and Reform. The Task Force shall be composed\n\nof the following seven (7) members:\n\n1. The Governor shall appoint three members, one of whom shall\n\nbe a member of the Oklahoma State Chamber, and one of whom shall be\n\na member of the Oklahoma Bankers Association;\n\n2. The President Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma State Senate shall\n\nappoint two members; and\n\n3. The Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives shall\n\nappoint two members.\n\nB. The Task Force shall review and make recommendations for\n\nchanging Oklahoma's trust administration statutes in order to\n\nprovide an efficient framework for the administration of trusts.\n\nC. The Task Force shall provide a report to the Governor, the\n\nPresident Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma State Senate, and the Speaker\n\nof the Oklahoma House of Representatives with its recommendations\n\nfor legislation by November 1 of each year in which changes are\n\nrecommended.\n\nD. A majority of the members shall constitute a quorum for the\n\npurpose of conducting the business of the Task Force. The Task\n\nForce shall meet quarterly and at such other times as may be called\n\nby the chair.\n\nE. Members of the Task Force shall serve without compensation\n\nbut shall be reimbursed for expenses incurred in the performance of\n\ntheir duties in accordance with the provisions of the State Travel\n\nReimbursement Act.\n\nF.
