Except as otherwise provided in subsection B of this\n\nsection, this act applies to an easement established by express\n\ngrant or reservation or by prescription, implication, necessity,\n\nestoppel, or other method.\n\nB. This act may not be used to relocate:\n\n1. A public-utility easement, conservation easement, or\n\nnegative easement; or\n\n2. An easement if the proposed location would encroach on an\n\narea of an estate burdened by a conservation easement or would\n\ninterfere with the use or enjoyment of a public-utility easement or\n\nan easement appurtenant to a conservation easement.\n\nC.
