Stat. tit. 60, § 60-1507","heading":"Expenses of relocation","body":"A servient estate owner is responsible for reasonable expenses\n\nof relocation of an easement under this act, including the expense\n\nof:\n\n1. Constructing improvements on the servient estate or dominant\n\nestate in accordance with an order under Section 6 of this act;\n\n2. During the relocation, mitigating disruption in the use and\n\nenjoyment of the easement by the easement holder or another person\n\nentitled to use and enjoy the easement;\n\n3. Obtaining a governmental approval or permit to relocate the\n\neasement and construct necessary improvements;\n\n4. Preparing and recording the certified copy required by\n\nsubsection D of Section 6 of this act and any other document\n\nrequired to be recorded;\n\n5. Any title work required to complete the relocation or\n\nrequired by a party to the civil action as a result of the\n\nrelocation;\n\n6. Applicable premiums for title insurance related to the\n\nrelocation;\n\n7. Any expert necessary to review plans and specifications for\n\nan improvement to be constructed in the relocated easement or on the\n\ndominant estate and to confirm compliance with the plans and\n\nspecifications referred to in the order under paragraph 6 of\n\nsubsection B of Section 6 of this act;\n\n8. Payment of any maintenance cost associated with the\n\nrelocated easement which is greater than the maintenance cost\n\nassociated with the easement before relocation; and\n\n9.
