Relocation of an easement under this act:\n\n1. Is not a new transfer or a new grant of an interest in the\n\nservient estate or the dominant estate;\n\n2. Is not a breach or default of, and does not trigger, a due-\n\non-sale clause or other transfer-restriction clause under a security\n\ninstrument, except as otherwise determined by a court under law\n\nother than this act;\n\n3. Is not a breach or default of a lease, except as otherwise\n\ndetermined by a court under law other than this act;\n\n4. Is not a breach or default by the servient estate owner of a\n\nrecorded document affected by the relocation, except as otherwise\n\ndetermined by a court under law other than this act;\n\n5. Does not affect the priority of the easement with respect to\n\nother recorded real-property interests burdening the area of the\n\nservient estate where the easement was located before the\n\nrelocation; and\n\n6. Is not a fraudulent conveyance or voidable transaction under\n\nlaw.\n\nB.
