The appearance of the words \"trustee\" or \"as trustee\" or\n\n\"agent\" following the names of the grantee in any deed of conveyance\n\nof land or other property, or an interest therein, heretofore or\n\nhereafter executed, without other language showing a trust, shall\n\nnot be deemed to give notice to or put on inquiry any person dealing\n\nwith said property that a trust exists, or that there are other\n\nbeneficiaries of said conveyance except the grantee named therein,\n\nand such conveyance shall vest the title to such property in such\n\ngrantee and a conveyance by such grantee, whether followed by the\n\nwords \"trustee\" or \"as trustee\" or \"agent\" or not, shall vest title\n\nin his grantee free from any claims of all persons or corporations.\n\nB.
