Subject to subsection B of this section, a person has\n\nknowledge of a fact if the person:\n\n1. Has actual knowledge of it;\n\n2. Has received a notice or notification of it; or\n\n3. From all the facts and circumstances known to the person at\n\nthe time in question, has reason to know it.\n\nB. An organization that conducts activities through employees\n\nhas notice or knowledge of a fact involving a trust only from the\n\ntime the information was received by an employee having\n\nresponsibility to act for the trust, or would have been brought to\n\nthe employee's attention if the organization had exercised\n\nreasonable diligence.
