Notice to a person under this act or the sending of a\n\ndocument to a person under this act must be accomplished in a manner\n\nreasonably suitable under the circumstances and likely to result in\n\nreceipt of the notice or document. Permissible methods of notice or\n\nfor sending a document include first-class mail, personal delivery,\n\ndelivery to the person's last-known place of residence or place of\n\nbusiness, or a properly directed electronic message.\n\nB. Notice otherwise required under this act or a document\n\notherwise required to be sent under this act need not be provided to\n\na person whose identity or location is unknown to and not reasonably\n\nascertainable by the trustee.\n\nC. Notice under this act or the sending of a document under\n\nthis act may be waived by the person to be notified or sent the\n\ndocument.\n\nD.
