Notice to a person who may represent and bind another person\n\nunder this article has the same effect as if notice were given\n\ndirectly to the other person.\n\nB. The consent of a person who may represent and bind another\n\nperson under this article is binding on the person represented\n\nunless the person represented objects to the representation before\n\nthe consent would otherwise have become effective.\n\nC. Except as otherwise provided in Section 29 of this act, a\n\nperson who under this article may represent a settlor who lacks\n\ncapacity may receive notice and give a binding consent on the\n\nsettlor's behalf.\n\nD.
