Stat. tit. 60, § 60-1603.3","heading":"Representation by fiduciaries and parents","body":"\n\nTo the extent there is no conflict of interest between the\n\nrepresentative and the person represented or among those being\n\nrepresented with respect to a particular question or dispute:\n\n1. A guardian of the property may represent and bind the estate\n\nthat the guardian controls;\n\n2. A guardian of the person may represent and bind the ward if\n\na guardian of the property of the ward's estate has not been\n\nappointed;\n\n3. An agent having authority to act with respect to the\n\nparticular question or dispute may represent and bind the principal;\n\n4. A trustee may represent and bind the beneficiaries of the\n\ntrust;\n\n5. A personal representative of a decedent's estate may\n\nrepresent and bind persons interested in the estate; and\n\n6.
