If the court determines that an interest is not represented\n\nunder this act, or that the otherwise available representation might\n\nbe inadequate, the court may appoint a representative to receive\n\nnotice, give consent, and otherwise represent, bind, and act on\n\nbehalf of a minor, incapacitated, or unborn individual, or a person\n\nwhose identity or location is unknown, in the same manner as\n\nappointment of a guardian ad litem. A representative may be\n\nappointed to represent several persons or interests.\n\nB. A representative may act on behalf of the individual\n\nrepresented with respect to any matter arising under this act,\n\nwhether or not a judicial proceeding concerning the trust is\n\npending.\n\nC.
