Stat. tit. 60, § 60-1604.11","heading":"Modification or termination because of unanticipated","body":"circumstances or inability to administer trust effectively.\n\nA. The court may modify the administrative or dispositive terms\n\nof a trust or terminate the trust if, because of circumstances not\n\nanticipated by the settlor, modification or termination will further\n\nthe purposes of the trust. To the extent practicable, the\n\nmodification must be made in accordance with the settlor's probable\n\nintention.\n\nB. The court may modify the administrative terms of a trust if\n\ncontinuation of the trust on its existing terms would be\n\nimpracticable or wasteful or impair the trust's administration.\n\nC.
