After notice to the qualified beneficiaries, the trustee of\n\na trust consisting of trust property having a total value less than\n\nFifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) may terminate the trust if the\n\ntrustee concludes that the value of the trust property is\n\ninsufficient to justify the cost of administration.\n\nB. The court may modify or terminate a trust or remove the\n\ntrustee and appoint a different trustee if it determines that the\n\nvalue of the trust property is insufficient to justify the cost of\n\nadministration.\n\nC. Upon termination of a trust under this section, the trustee\n\nshall distribute the trust property in a manner consistent with the\n\npurposes of the trust.\n\nD.
