A charitable trust may be created for the relief of poverty,\n\nthe advancement of education or religion, the promotion of health,\n\ngovernmental or municipal purposes, or other purposes the\n\nachievement of which is beneficial to the community.\n\nB. If the terms of a charitable trust do not indicate a\n\nparticular charitable purpose or beneficiary, the court may select\n\none or more charitable purposes or beneficiaries. The selection\n\nmust be consistent with the settlor's intention to the extent it can\n\nbe ascertained.\n\nC.
