Stat. tit. 60, § 60-1604.8","heading":"Noncharitable trust without ascertainable beneficiary","body":"Except as otherwise provided in this act or by another statute,\n\nthe following rules apply:\n\n1. A trust may be created for a noncharitable purpose without a\n\ndefinite or definitely ascertainable beneficiary or for a\n\nnoncharitable but otherwise valid purpose to be selected by the\n\ntrustee;\n\n2. A trust authorized by this section may be enforced by a\n\nperson appointed in the terms of the trust or, if no person is so\n\nappointed, by a person appointed by the court; and\n\n3. Property of a trust authorized by this section may be\n\napplied only to its intended use, except to the extent the court\n\ndetermines that the value of the trust property exceeds the amount\n\nrequired for the intended use.
