In addition to the methods of termination prescribed by\n\nSections 29 through 32 of this act, a trust terminates to the extent\n\nthe trust is revoked or expires pursuant to its terms, no purpose of\n\nthe trust remains to be achieved, or the purposes of the trust have\n\nbecome unlawful, contrary to public policy, or impossible to\n\nachieve.\n\nB. A proceeding to approve or disapprove a proposed\n\nmodification or termination under Sections 29 through 34 of this\n\nact, or trust combination or division under Section 35 of this act,\n\nmay be commenced by a trustee or beneficiary, and a proceeding to\n\napprove or disapprove a proposed modification or termination under\n\nSection 29 of this act may be commenced by the settlor.
