Co-trustees who are unable to reach a unanimous decision may\n\nact by majority decision.\n\nB. If a vacancy occurs in a co-trusteeship, the remaining co-\n\ntrustees may act for the trust.\n\nC. Subject to Section 1212 of Title 60 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, a co-trustee must participate in the performance of a\n\ntrustee's function unless the co-trustee is unavailable to perform\n\nthe function because of absence, illness, disqualification under\n\nother law, or other temporary incapacity or the co-trustee has\n\nproperly delegated the performance of the function to another\n\ntrustee.\n\nD. If a co-trustee is unavailable to perform duties because of\n\nabsence, illness, disqualification under other law, or other\n\ntemporary incapacity, and prompt action is necessary to achieve the\n\npurposes of the trust or to avoid injury to the trust property, the\n\nremaining co-trustee or a majority of the remaining co-trustees may\n\nact for the trust.\n\nE. A trustee may not delegate to a co-trustee the performance\n\nof a function the settlor reasonably expected the trustees to\n\nperform jointly. Unless a delegation was irrevocable, a trustee may\n\nrevoke a delegation previously made.\n\nF. Except as otherwise provided in subsection G of this\n\nsection, a trustee who does not join in an action of another trustee\n\nis not liable for the action.\n\nG. Subject to Section 1212 of Title 60 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, each trustee shall exercise reasonable care to:\n\n1. Prevent a co-trustee from committing a serious breach of\n\ntrust; and\n\n2. Compel a co-trustee to redress a serious breach of trust.\n\nH.
