Upon at least thirty (30) days' notice to the qualified\n\nbeneficiaries, the settlor, if living, and all co-trustees; or\n\n2. With the approval of the court.\n\nB. In approving a resignation, the court may issue orders and\n\nimpose conditions reasonably necessary for the protection of the\n\ntrust property.\n\nC.
