A trustee, without authorization by the court, may exercise:\n\n1. Powers conferred by the terms of the trust; and\n\n2. Except as limited by the terms of the trust:\n\na. all powers over the trust property which an unmarried\n\ncompetent owner has over individually owned property,\n\nb. any other powers appropriate to achieve the proper\n\ninvestment, management, and distribution of the trust\n\nproperty, and\n\nc. any other powers conferred by this act.\n\nB.
