Upon termination or partial termination of a trust, the\n\ntrustee may send to the beneficiaries a proposal for distribution.\n\nThe right of any beneficiary to object to the proposed distribution\n\nterminates if the beneficiary does not notify the trustee of an\n\nobjection within thirty (30) days after the proposal was sent but\n\nonly if the proposal informed the beneficiary of the right to object\n\nand of the time allowed for objection.\n\nB. Upon the occurrence of an event terminating or partially\n\nterminating a trust, the trustee shall proceed reasonably to\n\ndistribute the trust property to the persons entitled to it, subject\n\nto the right of the trustee to retain a reasonable reserve for the\n\npayment of debts, expenses, and taxes.\n\nC. A release by a beneficiary of a trustee from liability for\n\nbreach of trust is invalid to the extent:\n\n1. It was induced by improper conduct of the trustee; or\n\n2.
