Stat. tit. 60, § 60-1609.1","heading":"Damages for breach of trust — Contribution","body":"Except as otherwise provided in subsections A and B of Section\n\n175.57 of Title 60 of the Oklahoma Statutes, if more than one\n\ntrustee is liable to the beneficiaries for a breach of trust, a\n\ntrustee is entitled to contribution from the other trustee or\n\ntrustees. A trustee is not entitled to contribution if the trustee\n\nwas substantially more at fault than another trustee or if the\n\ntrustee committed the breach of trust in bad faith or with reckless\n\nindifference to the purposes of the trust or the interests of the\n\nbeneficiaries.
