Stat. tit. 60, § 60-161","heading":"Property in which trustee may invest - Judgment and care","body":"required.\n\nUnless otherwise authorized, directed or restricted by order of\n\ncourt or by the will, trust agreement, or other document which is\n\nthe source of the trust, the trustee may invest trust funds in any\n\nproperty, real, personal or mixed, in which an individual may invest\n\nthe individual's own funds. In making investments, the trustee\n\nshall comply with the provisions of the Oklahoma Uniform Prudent\n\nInvestor Act.
