Stat. tit. 60, § 60-175.10","heading":"Deposits by corporate trustee with itself - Security","body":"A corporate trustee may deposit with itself trust funds in\n\nchecking and savings accounts, savings certificates, certificates of\n\ndeposit, and any other type of demand or time deposit, provided it\n\nmaintains under control of its trust department, if it has a trust\n\ndepartment separate from its banking department, as security for\n\nsuch deposit a separate fund consisting of securities legal for\n\ntrust investments which have at all times during the deposit a total\n\nmarket value exceeding the amount of the deposit. No such security\n\nshall be required to the extent said deposit is guaranteed by or\n\nunder state or federal law.\n\nThe separate fund of securities shall be marked as such.\n\nWithdrawals from or additions to it may be made from time to time,\n\nas long as the required value is maintained.
