Stat. tit. 60, § 60-175.11a","heading":"Trust powers","body":"A national banking association, a credit union, a state-\n\nchartered corporation, including a state-chartered bank or trust\n\ncompany, or a state or federal savings and loan association that has\n\nthe right to exercise trust powers and that is serving as trustee,\n\nmay:\n\n1. Employ an affiliate or division within a financial\n\ninstitution to provide brokerage, investment, administrative,\n\ncustodial, or other account services for the trust and charge the\n\ntrust for the services; and\n\n2.
