Stat. tit. 60, § 60-175.13","heading":"Trustee purchasing stock, bond or securities of self,","body":"affiliate, etc.\n\nNo corporate trustee shall purchase for a trust, shares of its\n\nown stock, or its bonds, or other securities, or the stock, bonds or\n\nother securites of an affiliate.\n\nThis section shall not prohibit the exercise of stock rights\n\nissued in connection with shares of the trustee bank or its\n\naffiliates owned in a fiduciary capacity, nor payments for the\n\nrounding out of fractional shares received in connection with the\n\nstock dividends issued by the trustee bank or its affiliates;\n\nprovided that,\n\n(1) in the election of directors, shares of its own stock held\n\nby a bank as sole trustee, whether registered in its own name as\n\nsuch trustee or in the name of its nominee, shall not be voted by\n\nthe registered owner unless under the terms of the trust the manner\n\nin which such shares shall be voted may be determined by a donor or\n\nbeneficiary of the trust and unless such donor or beneficiary\n\nactually directs how such shares shall be voted,\n\n(2) shares of its own stock held by a bank and one or more\n\npersons as trustees may be voted by such other person or persons, as\n\ntrustees, in the same manner as if he or they were the sole trustee.\n\nNo noncorporate trustee shall purchase for a trust the stock, bonds,\n\nor other securities of a corporation with which he is connected as\n\ndirector, owner, manager, or in executive capacity.","path":["OK Code","Title 60"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os60.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"e9af4a32f00f72978ca74548c0d0feb48f43c008798d43ea307f671f8e15217f","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-60-60-175.12","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-60-60-175.14"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
