Stat. tit. 60, § 60-175.41","heading":"Revocation of trust by trustor","body":"Every trust shall be revocable by the trustor, unless expressly\n\nmade irrevocable by the terms of the instrument creating the same.\n\nProvided, that any trust may be revoked by the trustor upon the\n\nwritten consent of all living persons having vested or contingent\n\ninterest therein. The term \"contingent interest,\" as used in this\n\nsection, shall include an interest which a beneficiary may take by\n\npurchase, and exclude any interest which a beneficiary may take by\n\ndescent.
