Stat. tit. 60, § 60-175.48","heading":"Compensation or commissions of trustee","body":"A trustee acting in a fiduciary capacity, as herein authorized,\n\nis entitled to receive such compensation or commission as provided\n\nfor in the trust agreement or other contract. If the amount of such\n\ncompensation or commission is not regulated by or stipulated in the\n\ntrust agreement, the trustee may charge and deduct a reasonable\n\ncompensation or commission for the services rendered and the\n\nresponsibilities assumed.
